The Office of 会议和活动 works to promote 火博体育大学 as a unique and inspiring venue for conferences, camps, meetings, retreats, weddings, festivals 特别活动. The team also supports Skidmore staff, faculty and administrators in planning on-campus meetings and programs.
Skidmore is affiliated with the Association of Collegiate 会议和活动 Directors International (ACCED–I), the Association of College and University Housing Officers International (ACUHO-I), the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau (Discover Saratoga).

温迪勒布朗
Director of 会议和活动
Wendy oversees Skidmore’s external hospitality and event operations. 她还领导着 a team responsible for promoting, planning and coordinating summer conferences, events and programs, summer operations and 萨里-Williamson客栈. 温蒂曾在 Skidmore for over 20 years in various leadership roles related to operations and conferences.
之前 to Skidmore, Wendy worked in hospitality, events and retail settings and is a graduate of Montclair State University. She is a member of the Association of Collegiate Conference and Event Directors International (ACCED-I).
梅根Bove
副主任
As an 副主任, 梅根Bove oversees all summer conferences and works with external clients looking to rent Skidmore space for events as well as Surrey-Williamson 客栈客房. Her focus is on customer relations and event management. 梅根是 also responsible for the College's centralized scheduling 系统.
之前 to joining Skidmore, Megan worked in the hospitality and event industry for several venues, specializing in weddings and large-scale events. 梅根有学士学位 degree in event management from Johnson and Wales University.
安·哈特曼

As the 操作协调员, 安 is responsible for the year-round management for 萨里-Williamson客栈 guest rooms and for maintaining the department websites 还有社交媒体. During the summer months, 安 oversees summer operations details, including the Summer Registration and Information Desk and its staff.
之前 to Skidmore, 安 worked as an educator with special education children. 安 has a bachelor’s degree from St. 约翰的大学.

As an 副主任, 将加拉格尔 oversees the planning of event logistics, on-campus and as well as at 萨里-Williamson客栈. His focus is on customer assistance and event management for 火博体育大学 as well as private weddings and events at 萨里. Will is also responsible for coordinating the centralized event request 系统.
将有 spent almost a decade working in higher education events and marketing. 之前 to Skidmore, his work focused on on-campus, advancement, and alumni events. 将有 a bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany.
