ENSEMBLE CONNECT

Ensemble 连接 is a two-year fellowship program for extraordinary young professional classical musicians in the United States that prepares them for careers combining musical excellence with teaching, community engagement, advocacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Each year, Ensemble 连接 holds two five-day residencies at Skidmore College in October and February. While in residence, the fellows of Ensemble 连接 engage with Skidmore College students — as well as the broader Saratoga Springs community — offering master classes, lessons, class demonstrations, and interactive performances, culminating in a performance in Helen Filene Ladd Concert Hall in Arthur Zankel Music Center, that has included works commissioned for the ensemble.

Ensemble 连接, now entering its 17th full season, is a program of Carnegie Hall, The Juilliard School, and the Weill Music Institute in partnership with the New York City Department of Education.
